Level 3 and 4 Safe Space Training

What is it?

Level 4 Safe Space training is aimed at Commissioners, designates, deputies and those sharing a role, trainers delivering A Safe Space, safeguarding leads and A Safe Space advisers. The day will also include Level 3 training.

What to wear:

Please wear uniform for this event.

Lunch, travel and logistics:

Please arrive for drinks and registration from 9:30am for a 10am start. The event will finish at approximately 4:30pm. Drinks and refreshments will be available during the day and lunch will be provided. You should seek to claim your travel locally. If you are a district commissioner, ideally from your district, a division commissioner from your division. Funding may also be available from your county.

Prior Learning:

Before attending the training, you must have completed Level 1, 2 and 3 Safe Space elearning. The elearnings can be found here: https://www.girlguiding.org.uk/making-guiding-happen/learning-and-development/a-safe-space-training/

Eligibility:

Due to the limited spaces at this Training, you must have the role of Commissioner, Commissioner Designate or Safe Space Trainer in order to attend this event.
